- Check-in time is after 3pm; check-out time is by 11am. Prior arrangements must be made for exceptions. We cannot guarantee an early check-in or late check-out.
- Check-in Instructions: It is self check-in, when you arrive at the property, there will be a basket with envelopes to the right of the front door, please find the envelope with your name on it for directions and the key to your room.
- Upon making your reservation, a credit card will be placed on file to hold the room. Charges will be made on day of arrival.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made prior to 10 days of arrival will be refunded less a 10% processing fee. Any cancellations made within 10 days of arrival are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for the entire stay if you decide to leave early.
- HOLIDAY CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made prior to 30 days of arrival will be refunded less a 10% processing fee. Any cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
- Our rates are based on double occupancy. Our rooms can accommodate two people comfortably. Certain rooms can accommodate a third person by prior arrangement, please call ahead. There is a $25.00 charge for any additional persons staying in the room. Please let us know if you are traveling with children.
- Smoking is not permitted in any of our guest rooms and buildings.
- PET POLICY: We love pets and are happy to host your furry friends! Pets are allowed only in some of our guest rooms, please call ahead if you are traveling with a pet. A fee of $50 for one pet and $100 for two pets per stay will be charged. Maximum pets allowed: 2. We require that you keep your pet with you when leaving the property. We kindly ask that pets stay off the furniture and bed. Any excess cleaning from pets will be subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.
